Artemis is an AI-powered personal assistant that helps you manage tasks, schedule reminders, and interact via voice and text. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Dodo Payments. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any laws, harass or harm others, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service's operation.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Artemis and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Artemis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
